1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Auragap (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Auragap Inc.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

2. Service Description

Auragap is an AI-powered content intelligence platform that helps you monitor brand visibility across AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, Google AI Overviews), perform content gap analysis, generate optimized content, and run autonomous SEO pipelines.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must promptly update your information if it changes.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One person or legal entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Auragap offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($79/mo), and Agency ($249/mo). All plans are billed monthly via Stripe.

  • Free trial: The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds: We offer pro-rated refunds within 14 days of a new subscription or upgrade. Contact support for refund requests.
  • Quotas: Each plan has defined usage quotas (queries, articles, scans, etc.). Exceeding quotas may result in temporary feature restrictions until the next billing cycle.
  • Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect on your subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided API.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Generate content that is defamatory, abusive, or violates third-party rights.
  • Circumvent usage quotas or rate limits through technical means.

6. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to the content you input into Auragap (keywords, URLs, brand information). Content generated by the Service using your inputs is owned by you.

Our platform: Auragap, its design, code, algorithms, and documentation are the intellectual property of Auragap Inc. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback, we may use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.

7. Data & Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing described therein.

  • We process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • You may export or delete your data at any time.
  • Third-party integrations (Google Search Console, CMS platforms) are governed by their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • AI-generated content will be accurate, original, or free from errors.
  • Visibility scores, rankings, or analyses will reflect real-time search engine behavior.
  • Content generated will achieve specific search rankings or business outcomes.

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publication. Auragap is a tool to assist your content strategy, not a substitute for editorial judgment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auragap Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
